We, at Clearly Realty take Property Management very serious, it is not just a job, it’s a calling. It's not just rent your house and be done with it, no, we do so much more than that. We will take care of your house just as you would do yourself.
We completely inspect your property every month from top to bottom and inside and out. We use this report as a guideline for any maintenance or cleaning issues that might exist. If it's a small job (burnt out light bulbs for example) we will do the repairs without even bothering you. If it's something bigger, we will report back to you and give you some options or suggestions of what we would like to do or have done. It is then up to you to decide how that issue is handled. In addition to the monthly inspections, we also check on your house on a weekly basis, without making a report by either just walking in and around the house.
Besides the inspections and reporting back to you we do so much more; we handle your mail, are the primary call destination for your alarm system, manage your gardening and pool maintenance. We will also do most of the maintenance in your house as well as being able to manage your professional cleaning services.
Some of the Rental Options we provide for you (if desired) are long term rentals, with or without monthly management services. Vacation rental services with full monthly management or only guest management (just email us for options).
